In this retreat you will discover & experience the amazing techniques of Kundalini Yoga, the Five Stages of Self Healing (Embryonic) and Ecstatic Awakening Dance. We will be moving through the chakras with kundalini postures, breathing, meditation and dance, guided by Yogini an inspiring and empowering teacher with over 20 years of experience.
This retreat unfolds in the beautiful environment of Yoga Village in Arambol. 2 minutes from Arambol Beach, there will be plenty of time for beach and sun! Local market and delicious restaurants to explore.
Situated around 50 km north of Panaji, Arambol has one of the most charming beaches of Goa. Arambol has a distinct bohemian feel which is no longer found in other areas, such as Calangute and this inevitably attracts many alternative travelers.
Yoga Village Forest huts are 150 meters from the beach side in the cool shade of palm-trees with beautiful open large space and access onto the creek palm-gardens and a small Indian Cafe.
Airport pick up and drop off service and laundry facilities available on request.
All huts are simple but have everything one needs: attached bath room, double bed, ceiling fans, mosquito nets, charging plug points for laptops mobile phone.

This course is based on two sessions per day over a total of 5 days with one day either side for arrival and departure. Also you can add extras to your course i.e. healing session and massages at very reasonable prices!.
